Match Preview: Lille vs Lorient (Sunday, 2nd April 2023, 13:00)

Our Expert: @TorresBetsHA

On Sunday Lille host Lorient. Both teams are not afraid of attacking and conceding, leading to a potential game in which we could see at least 3 goals.

Considering that, Lille’s top scorer is off interest, which is of course, Jonathan David. David is coming back from the international break bagging 2 goals in 2 matches. In Ligue 1, he scored 68% of his goals when playing at home. To help him do that, Mr Pignard is going to be the referee. Mr. Pignard has whistled 12 penalties in 14 games this season. Unfortunately, Lorient has conceded only one penalty this season but I trust Mr. Pignard to do his job here.

The biggest reason to pick David is because of the odds. When we look at bet365, we can find David to score @ 2 and Bayo to score @ 2.25. To me, it does not make any sense to see these two players around the same odd. David has far more chance to score than Bayo.

👉 Best Bet : David to score @ 2 // Bet 365 Tick void if doesn’t start

Match Preview: Barnsley vs Morecambe (Saturday, 1st April 2023, 15:00)

Our Expert: @TipsterJWins

Barnsley will be hoping to return to winning ways following their midweek 3-1 away loss to Exeter. That loss was Barnsley’s 1st defeat since the middle of January, and I fancy them to bounce back here vs The Shrimps.

Struggling Morecambe have only won once in 19 attempts on their travels this campaign and that came vs Forest Green Rovers months ago. They’ve accumulated just 8 points on the road and face the most in-form side the division has to offer based on the last 20 games. My best bet will be Barnsley –1 handicap @2.00, needing a home win by 2 or more for a winner here. Michael Duff’s side have won their last 6 home games by 2 or more goals, including games vs promotion rivals Derby, Sheffield Wednesday and Plymouth and Morecambe are considerably worse than these sides, especially on their travels. Their most recent away games vs promotion candidates read 12-0 on aggregate in favour of the home sides over 3 matches, so it does not look good for The Shrimps here.

👉 Best Bet: Barnsley -1 Handicap @2.00

Match Preview: Nottm Forest vs Wolves (Saturday, 1st April 2023, 15:00)

Our Expert: @Pete_Tscherewik

Nottingham Forest host Wolves at the City Ground on Saturday in what promises to be a fiery and intense game between both sides.

Steve Cooper’s side have had the international break to regroup after a six-game winless league run while Wolves have lost their last two Premier League fixtures and are only a point above Forest in the league table.

Wolves were fined £45,000 the last time the sides met in what was a very heated affair in the Carabao Cup quarter-final where Morgan Gibbs-White, formerly of the Wanderers was at the heart of the controversy after provoking their supporters.

Gibbs-White averages 1.8 shots per game in the Premier League this season and has hit over 1.5 shots 17/25 times this campaign and has played 90 minutes 21 times too.

The 23-year-old has failed to register a shot in his last two matches but given the significance of this fixture, over 1.5 shots looks like a good angle to go at here.

👉 Best Bet: Morgan Gibbs-White o1.5 shots @ 1.80 // bet365

Match Preview: Oostende vs Standard Liege (Saturday, 1st April 2023, 19:45)

Our Expert: @Belgiumbets

Oostende are looking rejuvenated lately and ready to battle for their life in the relegation battle. Results might still not always go their way but their football has been looking very promising and with a lot of belief in themselves. They lost in the dying second at home against Westerlo but had been the better side the entire game. Shots on target were 12-2 which says something. The week before they were reduced to ten men in the first half in Eupen already but still managed to get 9 shots on target and score three goals with a man down to get a 4-4 draw deep in the extra time. Another week prior to that they completely destroyed Club Brugge which resulted in a deserved 3-0 victory.

So Oostende seems to realize they have to go all out in attack to try to win games. They are scoring rather easily lately but also still conceding too easily. Their top scorer Hornby will be back for this game which should give them even more options in offense.

Standard lately is also playing some attractive attacking football. Also finding the net rather easily but also often concede as they haven’t kept a clean sheet for 9 games in a row now.

I’m expecting another wide-open game here with some goals in it and both sides finding the net.

Historically this tie has turned into a goal fest quite often. The last 12 times they met each other in Oostende this bet would have hit 11 times.

Match Preview: Crystal Palace vs Leicester (Saturday, 1st April 2023, 15:00)

Crystal Palace are the most fouled team in the Premier League this season. They have a number of technically gifted players and they always to win free kicks in dangerous areas. Their opponents are averaging 12.75 fouls per game and this inevitably leads to cards being dished out.

They take on Leicester this weekend in a match that could prove to be crucial in the battle against the drop. Both teams picked up two yellow cards when they met earlier this season. The high-stakes nature of this one should mean we see an even feistier affair.

Brendan Rodgers is battling to keep his job at Leicester and he will be keen to ensure his players show fight during these tough times. This is Roy Hodgson’s first game back in charge of Palace and he knows his team need to be more combative to stay clear of relegation.

Palace’s Premier league matches this season are averaging 4.50 cards per game. On average, 1.45 of those cards have come in the first half. Leicester matches in the league average 3.25 cards per game but this bet has landed in their last three Premier League matches. It also landed the last time they made the trip to Selhurst Park.

Match Preview: Go Ahead Eagles vs Ajax (Sunday, 11th April 2023, 11:15)

Our Expert: @MEGAFOOTYTIPS

The quality difference should be bigger than the odds suggest.

Ajax didn't win the game against Feyenoord. They lost 2-3 at home and the chances on the title are getting smaller and smaller. But we can't ignore that Ajax have been improving as the weeks have gone on. The first half against Heerenveen two weeks ago was very good, and with Tadic and Kudus hitting form once again.

Ajax have struggled against the Eagles over the last few years, but Ajax can't afford to lose this game if they want to win the title. They also have more quality on each position.

The Go Ahead Eagles won their last game against FC Utrecht, but the before that game wasn't good. Cambuur won big against the Eagles 4-1, and the game against Emmen was poor. Against the bigger teams Go Ahead Eagles have really struggled.. AZ Alkmaar and PSV have recently won at Deventer. RKC also cleared this handicap recently with a 3-1 score.

I think Ajax will win in Deventer, this game is a must-win, they have the quality recently to win big against the smaller teams and the form is beside the 2-3 loss against Feyenoord pretty decent. If they win by only one we get a half-loss refunded.

Match Preview: Osnabruck vs Dynamo (Sunday, 2nd April 2023, 12:00)

Our Expert: @Mgsbets

This game looks solid for goals. Osnabruck have seen BTTS hit in 8 of their last 10 games and in 7 of their last 8 games at home. Dynamo Dresden have also seen BTTS hit in 8 of their last 10 games and in 9 of their last 10 home games. Both teams have a clear pattern of BTTS hitting irrespective of whether they are playing at home or away. Both of the last 2 H2H meetings have also seen BTTS hit.

Osnabruck have seen a 1st half-goal in their last 10 games, and their last 10 home games. Dynamo Dresden have seen a 1st half-goal in 9 if their last 10 games and in 9 out of 10 away games.

👉 Best Bet: Both Teams To Score & 0.5 First Half Goal @ 1.83 // Bet 365

Match Preview: Koln vs Monchengladbach (Sunday, 2nd April 2023, 14:30)

Our Expert: @MonsterHunch

This Rhineland derby on Sunday has all the makings of a great game and some yellow cards!

This is a fiercely contested derby and this is backed up by recent H2H data where all of their last 5 meets have yielded at least 4 cards (4 out of the 5 have seen 5 or more).

The referee is Felix Zwayer who is no stranger to a yellow card or controversy.

It is a strange derby as they aren’t exactly close neighbours with their grounds being around 37 miles apart, but there is certainly no love lost between these two teams whose rivalry dates back over 50 years with lots of flashpoints along the way!
